ICSAT Scandinavia AB signs contract with Skandinavisk Reisefeber AS -
ACE will become an instrument for Internet-based travel agency in Scandinavia
Stockholm, Halmstad and Antwerp, December 20, 2000.
Skandinavisk Reisefeber AS and its subsidiaries, the leading Internet-based travel agent in the Scandinavian
region, recently signed a contract for ACE with ICSAT Scandinavia AB in Halmstad,
the Sweden-based subsidiary of ICSAT, (International Computer Services and Advice for Travel),
a world leader in software solutions for the travel industry.
Resfeber.se (www.resfeber.se) is a complete, Scandinavian, Internet-based travel service,
available 24 hours a day, owned by Scandinavia Online (40% Telia, 40% Schibsted, 20% Telenor),
Venture Partner, Catella IT, SBS Broadcasting and Per Braathen.
The web site visitors can make on-line reservations and payments for flights, hotels, rental cars, and
package tours directly on the Internet, as well as find practical information about destinations such as
maps and weather, local currencies, etc.
Resfeber.se was launched in Sweden in February 1998, in Norway (www.reisefeber.no) and
in Denmark (www.rejsefeber.dk) in June 1998.
Resfeber is a travel agency in the traditional sense, even if they have chosen the Internet as a sales
channel and market place instead of a traditional office.
