The hotel is a modern tower, at over seventy floors, described as one of the tallest hotels. The property has a striking facade and dominates the Bangkok skyline. Obviously the views of Bangkok from this property cannot be matched.

The lobby is large and spacious with good seating. There is a 24-hour mini-mart available. Tour desk, business centre, group check-in area, coffee shop and bakery corner are around the lobby area.

The hotel is the world's tallest tower and represents a genuine landmark of Thailand. Public areas include a magnificent ballroom on the lower ground floor and an outdoor swimming pool, fitness room, sauna, and beauty salon on 20th floor.
Restaurant
The hotel's restaurant and coffee shop provide a wide choice of menus to suit all tastes. The main restaurant is on 76th and 78th floor and overlooks 360 degrees of bustling Bangkok view. Chinese cuisine and grill restaurants are also available.
Rooms
The hotel provides all the comfort, service, and style of an international luxurious hotel with spacious rooms each with magnificent panoramic view over the Bangkok skyline. Rooms are large even by Bangkok standards with a restful decor and are well-appointed. Rooms on standard zone start from 22nd - 45th floor, sky zone is on 46th -68th floor and space zone is on 71st -74th floor. Rooms include complimentary coffee and tea, safe box and slippers. Bathrooms are large with separate bathtub and shower cubicle. They are in good condition with fair range of amenities provided. Internet access is available at an additional charge. Superior Suite on Standard Zone is spacious with master bedroom, walkin closet, living and dining area plus working station. Bathroom is large with separate bathtub and shower cubicle.
