The hotel has 2 separate lobbies. The first lobby is located at the rear of the hotel and is built in a one level floor. The second official lobby is located at the main "A" building and provides ample seating areas.

Facilities include several swimming pools with a waterfall in one of them. This hotel is recommended for those looking for a hotel close to Patong and away from the Laguna hotels.
