Korona Pension

Situated in the Buda side of the Danube and in a leafy quiet residential area. The korona Pension is just a 10 minute drive in to the city centre and is close to the bus stop which guests can take into town. The international airport is just 23 kms away.
Exterior
An attractive chalet style 4 storey building with wood carved balcony railings.
Lobby
The entrance to the hotel is very cosy with the reception merging into the bar on the left and sofas to the right inviting guests to sit down and put their feet up. The lobby has a very welcoming and homely feel to it as it is warmly lit and the staff are very friendly. The reception is open 24 hours.
General
A really nice welcoming hotel and a great place to return to after a day of exploring the city. There is a small sauna on the ground floor free for guests and the hotel restaurant just next door is definitely worth a visit too. (AHJ 10.08)
Restaurant
The hotel has a privately owned restaurant which is just a 30 metre walk away. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is served in this very popular restaurant which serves a mixture of local Hungarian food and international dishes.
Rooms
All the rooms in this very welcoming hotel have en suite bathrooms, cable tv, minibar, telephone and some of the rooms are air-conditioned. The rooms have a writing desk and chair as well as good cupboard space.
